My auntie Jacqueline meant the world to me she had a heart of gold and anyobody that knew her would agree.
Jacqueline took a holiday abroad as she would most years but sadly whilst out on a trip to Barcelona she suffered a stroke.Jacqueline was in hospital in Barcelona for 3 weeks and on her way to recovery she flew home to Northern General hospital then was transfered to Hallamshire hospital but then caught c-diff.Once cleared of c-diff she moved to Rotherham Hospital almost recoverd from her stroke as she was walking and talking etc on her own and ready to come home then a scan showed she had a blockage and was taken to theatre which then revealed that she had only 24 hrs to live as her bowel had shut down.Sadly she passed away 2 days later x

my best friend, she was my mum! i miss you so so so so much its unture, she died the day before my birthday, which i dred but also a day i wont forget! i love you mum and dont forget, that some day we will meet again! wished one day we could met for more day just to hear you voice agian and again, to see you smile, to see you laugh at something thing that sent you daft,
